• UK Delivery:

UK delivery takes 2 - 5 working days. UK Delivery is FREE of Charge, regardless of quantity. Please allow upto 7 - 10 working days for your order to reach  you. All orders will be dispatched First or Second class post via Royal Mail Post.

• International Delivery:

Currently we do not dispatch / ship outside UK. 

• Returns/Exchanges:

Make-up Orders, we would like you to have only pleasant experience with your purchase. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please email us at hello@fimu.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. The returning item must be in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt and order number. We are unable to refund the shipping charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Post depending on the value of the order.

If the item / package is opened than we are unable to accept the returns due to hygiene reasons.

Furniture Orders - All furniture orders are dispacthed via couriers. We use various courier companies. 

Please inspect your parcel for any external damage before signing 

Before any installation, we would request you to make a visual check for any damages. Once the items are put together or glued, we are unable to accept any returns. Any damages has to be notified to us within 14 days of your purchase. Returns where you do not require the item, must be shipped by yourself at your cost. Items being returned needs to be in its orignal packaging and in resale condition without any marks, or sellotapes.
