Farmhouse Storage Trunk replicates the look, feel and sturdiness of traditional country workshop made pine furniture from centuries ago. Every piece of wood is specially processed to ensure the original saw cuts created when the lumber is harvested are retained. Sturdy iron effect hardware compliments the products substantial credentials. Solid pine panels in 16mm & 25mm thicknesses are used in the construction of the cabinets. Drawers are made using traditional dovetail joints with 12mm solid pine sides and backs. Plywood used for drawer bases and backs is made from pine to a thickness of 3.8mm.
